I am like most teenagers my age, which happens to be fifteen. I want people to see that. I am a highschool Sophmore, and I like school, but I do not like so much when the kids seem to think they have the right to judge me because of the chair, the braces or the crutches.
I want the other kids to look beyond the cruthces, the braces, the chair and see the real me. I did not ask to be handed this in life, but I live with it, and I do just fine thank you very much. I just get really tired of being treated like either an idiot or a peace of glass.
An accident when I was about seven changed my life forever. At one time I could run, and walk, and then boom I was facing life in a chair, but I worked hard and did what i was able to do, now I can get around for shorter distances o crutches and with braces, but for the most part I use my chair, its just quicker that way. And I don't like being slowed down.
I am a Christian, two years now! I just knew something was missing in my life, so when I was thirteen I turned my heart over to Jesus. I am so glad I did too, because I know now that when I die I will go to heaven, but don't worry I'm not planning on going anywhere soon!
Well I have to get my stuff ready for school tomorrow, the weekend is over, had an awesome service at church and now I need to relax maybe read a good book!!!!
God Bless
