A Story that I wrote about unhealthy habits about ten years ago.

I find that some of my habits have positive characteristics, which are essential for maintaining good growth. I grasp a hold, and look upon certain ideologies, because they eliminate some of the growing, and frustrating habits that life's experiences can bring. These habits, which deprives you of the capacity to maintain good health, also deprives you of the abilities to reach higher levels of achievements. Once involved in some of these habits a mental state of dependency can increase that deteriorates the body's immunity. It can also impair your perception from a sound constructive outlook on life. Some of these habits kept long enough, no matter how minor they appear to be mentally, and physically becomes the important means required to eliminate frustration, tension, and worries. They are very harmful, even though to some degree they may seem to increase the awareness to resolve some of life's complex problems.

Smoking, drinking, the lack of properly balanced meals, and the lack of health activities are habits that after a long period time brings about impaired perception, and bad health. Having the opportunity to think through some these influences increased my insight towards some of the probable cause of the competent, and misleading outlooks of the achievements that people feel can be derived from these habits.

The youth of today seems to develop some of these habits at a much younger age than the youth of the past. They look at smoking and drinking as a means to display maturity, communications, and for other needs that helps them to get along better with who they become affiliated with. To the younger generations, some of these habits are the roots to the usage of higher forms of drugs, and experiences that often destroy your life.

Some of the older generation seems to have develop some of these habits for various reasons. Some of us look at them as a means of eliminating worries, complication, and for some occasions enjoyment.

The destructive, and deteriorating problems brought about from these habits are limitless.

For example, smoking can immensely, and discriminatingly age your physical appearance, cause pulmonary emphysema, chronic bronchitis, destroy the body's immunity to ward off infections and diseases, throat, lung, and heart disease, and in so many cases causes cancer.

Drinking can cause hypertension, ulcers, neurological illness, high levels of depression, and can permanently impair the mind.

Drugs can permanently impair the mind, cause hallucinogenic thinking, destroy the brain cells, destroy the body's immunity to ward off infections, and diseases, causes other hazards addictions, and in a lot of other ways it can also kills.

The lack of properly balanced meals brings about impaired perceptions, decreases the body's abilities to help you perform on a sufficient levels, which also consists of the lack of will power and strength.

The lack of health activities such as sports, and exercise can lead to the inability to reach higher levels of achievement, which consists of the lack of will power and strength, the inability of not being able to think more clearly, and productively. In a lot of cases it also causes obesity.

With these thoughts in mind, and knowing that these are often the outcome of these habits. I am glad to say that I have some good habits, and those habits are the abilities to learn what is good for my well being, and trying to upon that knowledge in the ways that can be most beneficial to me without hurting other.
