A boy finds out that he has been the butt of jokes because he happens to be a Christian. This is his story.

Image (c) 2011, by Karla Dorman.

I wish I never attended public school.  I'd be a lot better off if I had been homeschooled by my parents.

That way I wouldn't have to put up with a lot of the guff that I have to, just because I happen to be a Christian.  The other day at school I discovered that my locker had been ransacked by some kids and anti-Christian slogans slashed on the walls and on my locker.  It truly angered me.

I didn't say anything; I just kept the pain and hurt inside, but people could definitely tell that something was borthering me.  They tried to coax it out of me, but I said it was nothing I could do to make the situation any better.  I have been begging Mama to keep me home from school; I longer want to attend public school.  Public education has become increasingly corrupt and my rights as a Christian are slowly being violated and/or taken away.

I have had more than enough!

I have tried praying for those people (including the administration), but someone caught me praying at lunch one day and I got suspended for three days.  For PRAYING??  Another time, I passed out candy canes during the Christmas holidays, and I got written up and placed in detention for a week.  It was totally humiliating.

Then Mama wonders why I no longer want to go to school.  School is no longer safe for me or my fellow Christians.  We are incrasingly being targeted for hate crimes or attacks and it is becoming more and more dangerous to be a believer, even in our own nation.  The government is doign everything possible to eradicate God and Christianity out and it truly sickens me.

What bothers me even more is that we, the majority, aren't banding together and crying out, demanding that our rights be heard.  When is enough going to be enough??

I didn't vote for the guy in the White House; Lord knows, my parents didn't either.  He is a tyrant and I never did trust him.  I can't stand him and I am praying that in November he gets voted OUT; if he gets re elected, things are only gonna gret worse, and they are already bad now!  God help us if that should happen! ...

Well, I'm going to read my Bible and pray about what's going on, not only in my own life, but in the lives of my fellow Christians and our country as a whole.  We need a major wake up call from God and we need to put Him (and prayer) BACK into our nation, or else we are DOOMED!

It is sad that this is the reality for some in America today, we were founded on the very Christian principles that are being rejected
