A very vocal Maine Coon cat updates us on her "purrfect" life.
Meow! Meow! Purrrrrrrrrrrrr....
Oh, DARN it! I did it AGAIN! When is this Feline ever gonna' learn that not EVERYONE can speak CAT?? Stupid, silly me....LOL
This is "Cajun" again, that Fantabulously Furry, Fabulous Feline with a lot to say! I am a Maine Coon Cat, and I am a pretty Cat, if I do say so myself, what with my white Paws and Chest, different colored Fur (my Fur has patches of brown, red, orange, black, and tan, in addition to the white areas), pretty, sparkly green eyes, and winning Purrrsonality! I am a very happy Cat, and I love my life here with my Human Family!
I live in Nashville, Tennesee, with my Humans, the Sanduskys, and my Human's name is Ronee'. Ronee' is a Girl. Ronee' is 11 1/2 now, and she takes really good care of me. She brushes me to where I am soon looking my very best, and she feeds me and gives me plenty of water to drink, and she takes me to the Veterinarian's when I am sick. She is very funny, and she loves me. She enjoys it when I turn on my Kittycat Charm, and act all goofy and adorable, and nothing pleases me more than to make Ronee' laugh! She has such a cute laugh, and it is very pleasant on my Kittycat ears! At least she isn't as rough as some of her Human brothers or sisters, or her Human Mommy's stupid Pomeranian! That Dog is a lot littler than my 12-pound Body, but what she lacks in size, she sure makes up for it in noise! She is the YAPPIEST little Dog I have ever heard in my life, and if I could, I would scratch her eyes out! She drives me up the WALL with her constant annoying barking!
I also love Ronee' 's Human Brother, Johnny, but he scares me at times because he sits in a Wheelchair, and sometimes he has run over my poor little tail with his Chair! That does NOT tickle, and when he does it, I always cry out in pain! OWWWWW!! Or my Human steps on my tail with her Foot or her Crutch, and that is about as bad as the stupid Wheelchair!! (Johnny can't walk because he has a Disease called Muscular Dystrophy, which is making his Muscles weak. It's a really bad Disease, this Muscular Dystrophy.)
I have had a good Summer so far, spending my days Sleeping, Playing, Eating, Using my Kitty Box when I have to do my Personal Business, and just generally being Adorable and Sweet. But I did NOT enjoy July Fourth AT all: For one thing, a THUNDERSTORM blew up and scared the living Hell out of me (I do NOT enjoy Thunderstorms AT all!!), and then, after that, I heard Fireworks and Firecrackers going off; and it sounded just like bombs! I was afraid Bad People were going to attack my Human Family, and I was sooo upset! All I could do was CRY! But then my Family came back home--they went to some Festival, and they saw Fireworks--, and I was SOOOOOOOOOO relieved when my Humans came back Home! July Fourth may be America's Birthday, but they could celebrate it to where it isn't so NOISY! Those stupid Fireworks and Firecrackers hurt my itty bitty Kittycat ears, and they scare the living HELL outta' me!! When my Human Family found me later, they said my Fur was all poofed out, and I looked like a Puffball with Legs and a Tail, and I was Hissing and Spitting like a Wildcat! The Dogs weren't amused either, especially "Duke", who is as big as a Horse, and "Cajun Gold", that Crazy little Pomeranian who drives me crazy at times! Between their Barking and my Hissing and Spitting, I don't know WHO made more noise! LOL
Thank you for allowing me to get back on the Computer again and allowing me to exercise my Paws again; but this Little Furball HAD to write and update y'all on how I am doing! As you can see, I am doing PURRfectly, other than recovering from the Trauma of July 4th!
~Love, "Cajun", Maine Coon Extraordinaire. :)
P.S.: See the drawing? My Human Girl, Ronee', is a very good little Artist, and she drew my Picture! She did a very good job, didn't she?? I look a lot like that Picture! Not a bad job, I'd say; I'd give her FOUR PAWS up for her efforts! :)
Oh, and one more thing: My full name is Cajun Marie Electra Sandusky. (But most folks just call me "Cajun", or if they are mad, "Cajun Marie".)
