A person can take only so much of seeing such a tragedy...

December.29.2004

I am sorry I have not written in awhile, but I am a busy mother as I know, but it is not about my family I write today, other than to say we are all doing well, Anna Grace is thriving and we are all very proud, but it's not about my family I write though, it's about the poor families in Sri Lanka, my heart goes out to those who are dealing with the loss, and we as a family are doing all we can to help, gathering needed supplies, and donating money.  Of course we are praying as well, because so many lives have been lost, the numbers are staggering, mine blowing really, and I really wish there was more than I could do.

We have been watching the Television news, but a person can take only so much of seeing such tragedy, it's enough to tare the heart right out of your chest.

If I wasn't physically disabled myself I would go there and help out in someway, but I am, but that's not my main reason for not going, I am the only one to take care of my growing family, we will soon be adding a little girl from Japan, who we will call Angel, because that truly is what she is an angel.

I have also been praying about taking in another child, a child from India, but I am not sure about that yet, I am going to help the victims in one way or another.

Well I am afraid I must go, I need to take care of my children, and we need to do some serious praying, about the victims of the Tsuami.

God Bless

Kendra Mae...
