I am writing to inform you Audrey Jackson has been in involved in an accident. She was severely beaten by her husband, when he caught her packing to leave. Her condition at this time is considered critical. Her daughters are in the care of social services. This has been particularly difficult on Susan, who as I am sure you are aware suffers from Muscular Dystrophy. I am contacting you because when asked if there was anyone who could help her out, Audrey mentioned you. We were wondering if there was any way you could come to Mississippi, take over the care of the children and assist Audrey in her efforts to leave her clearly abusive husband.
