Thank you for your letter of condolensce to the Cohen family, Aunt Naomi arrived home this evening and asked if I could take the time to write you, for obvious reasons she is not up to writing, I think riding all the way from Tel Aviv with the lifeless body of their youngest daughter is enough to break anyone down.
I am enclosing a picture of our precious Danniella in happier times, because we are trying to remember her smile, her laugh, the way in a few short months she wrapped us around her finger, we are going to miss her a great deal.
I may only be a cousin, but in our family that counts for a lot as I am sure it does for your family too, and Danniella had a way of making me laugh even when I felt like crying, I know that she is going to be missed.
We have funeral services and the burrial Saturday, so for a few days we are not going to have much time to do anything, this is so hard, and made only harder by the fact that Danniella is/was only five. I still can't get use to talking about her in the past tense.
Well I am going to call it a night, my heart is broken, and I can't see through the tears, but I wanted to thank you for the prayers and the concern, and Mamma Kendra tells me to send you her love as well, she is pretty shaken up herself, this is far to close to home, this is our family.
