A collaboration between Amber Moonstone and Dark Knight!
"Captivated"
Short Story Collaboration By:
Amber "V" Moonstone and
Dark Knight
(AMBER MOONSTONE)
Floating as if on a golden cloud
She emerged in the distance, her
Hair flowing like a black stallion's mane.
Gown of whispering white silk
Surrounding her shapely body;
exuding sexuality from every pore.
Slowly, erotically, she sauntered,
Every move, accentuating her every curve
Her hypnotic fragrance filling his senses,
bringing life back into his lonely existence,
(DARK KNIGHT)
She gave an order for him to be bathed, and the collar removed.
The captain of the Palace Guard told of the battle they had fought against this prisoner at her feet.
It was soon realized that he could not speak, he had gone for almost a week without food and water. Her doctors were called upon.
He was given the best of the Kingdom's resources. The Captain of the Guard urged caution. He was to be feared most dangerous!
The Captain spoke of his men's fear. That he was some kind of animal. She dismissed this opinion and gave her order and it was done.
For a week he was tended to. When she first heard his voice, it was a voice of a man with rivers of unknown passion.
Even the female attendants reported to her that he had incredible eyesight and strength; He seemed almost inhuman.
One night she was awakened by screams from the market below. She sent her guard to investigate them.
An Old woman said she saw a man turn into an animal as he walked on the Palace Walls.
When the guards investigated the area where she saw this monster, all they found was the fierce warrior, asleep on a bed of straw.
(AMBER MOONSTONE)
She demanded privacy, the guards duty was to protect her by waiting just outside the doorway.
She leaned over to touch his sleeping face, And he grabbed her arm.
"What are you doing!"
"You must never touch me", he cried out.
She was the Queen,
No one would tell her what to do.
"I am not afraid of you, you do not scare me! I am a woman of many powers. I demand respect!"
He was astounded as to her boldness.
She had no idea who she was dealing with. She would not survive one night alone with him.
The Queen stated, "So, Fierce Warrior,
You would prefer chains to my soft embrace? Do You not see that I desire you?
What kind of foolish man are you"
(DARK KNIGHT)
"Be careful what you ask for as you may get more than you bargained for!"
"How dare you talk to me that way!! I am a Queen, I can have my guards come in her and kill you for such rudeness!!""
"Call them- I already know their fears as well as yours"
"I don't have any fears...how dare you speak to me this way..."
The stranger said "shhhh" and came closer...as she stood close to him his eyes of blue seemed to peer into her soul. "You long to be treated with respect...to be touched and loved and to let someone dare to love a Queen...you are a beautiful woman with needs and desires."
Then he did something no man had ever done before. His speed and passion almost took her breath away. He held her off the ground and he sniffed her like an animal...slowly over her neck...arms, her hair, and then he lowered her and sniffed her lower back..she found this strange and yet intoxicating. She tried to resist but the muscles in his arms and legs held her fast. He kissed her with such passion that it seemed from another world. His tongue pushed deep into her throat and at one point she almost fainted. Several hours after such passion she awoke before dawn to the warrior beside her and something else. There was hair all over his body and his snoring, if you could call it that, sounded like a Growwlll...She remembered a strange dream..how his eyes turned yellow and he Howled...but of course that was just a dream...
She then heard the captain of the guard yelling about a fire in the marketplace below. She said she would come down immediately. When she turned around she saw he was on the balcony, in the moonlight. Muscles seemed to ripple across his body, his body arched and this man was now a huge wolf. He howled and it froze her blood. He then leaped off the balcony from rooftop to rooftop to the street below.. On the street he crashed through a house and brought out terrified people from certain death. Though it was hard to say who they were more afraid of-the fire or this Monster.
Just as her guards were about to spear him, she yelled "NO !"
The wolf on all fours came up to her, stood erect, licked her throat and then howled again.
It then ran into a dark alley and was last seen heading for the land where the mountains were cold and the warriors were fierce.
"My Queen" said the Captain of the Guard. "What kind of a wolf is this?"
She replied, as she threw back her long, black hair:
" A very passionate wolf!"

| Hummmn! That wolf does get around, and get involved with some very important people...what are his motives? I believe you both make an interesting team, however, I am not crazy about the huge line spacing here and there. |

BIG BAD LOL...
What a collaboration!
It truly amazes me how we humans desire to be loved in the most exotic and mysterious ways, being superhuman/animal yet loving and passionate, but still needing to be free, untamable!

Someting from the "Thousand and one night"
A strong woven fabric of a story with that emotional whip of passion overtones.
A great collaboration that should grow and give us more.

Riveting to say the least, the collaboration sang with the ying and yang of these two very talented artists. The images were vivid, the lines smooth, new ideas introduced...over all very well done.
