Old Harry was a widower who went each morning to town to collect his provisions. He was a well known face in the community and enjoyed the daily greetings of so many.
One day he entered the family bakers in the High street and purchased, a hot sausage roll and a hot , hot cross bun as it was Easter. He also purchased a wheaten loaf, two pancakes and a current scone. He paid for his orders and gathered the white bags together and left.
He had not gone far when the shop assistant realised he had not taken the hot sausage roll and the hot, hot cross buns, so she picked them up, left the shop and ran after him shouting.
"Harry, You're Hot Stuff."
Harry smiled from ear to ear. Now all the town saw him in a different light.
