Goldsboro:  Allright you crazy kids that was the number 1 song for this week, 'Touch my Body' by Mariah Carey.  Well people it's that time of week again.  Our weekly Up and Comer series.  Last week we had the fascinating young up an comer actress Fifi Larouche.   This week we have her friend Alocki.  Fifi kind of referred Alocki too us and told us she thought Alocki was even more interesting than her and truthfully, in my twenty years at this radio station, I have not had an interview more interesting than Fifi's, you know with her talking about astral travel and chakras...Well......let's meet Alocki.  Alocki it's nice to meet you, so Fifi tells us that you grew up in Mongolia?  Were you parents like missionaries?

Alocki: It is nice to meet you....Danny...However I do not wish to sound unpleasant but I felt a sense of you.....teasing Fifi because she is interested in such things as....Astral Projection.  I do not thing  it is right for humans to demean other humans who have interests than perhaps people who follow the accepted 'norms' of your planet.  Fifi is my good friend because at times she does not care to follow accepted norms which makes her so interesting and unique.  Even her name is perhaps more common among French poodles than humans.  Perhaps we bonded because I have the name Alocki which is not common at all among humans on your planet.  I am also quite unique and enjoy people who 'think differently.'  I think this is part of the complexity of the human mind.

Goldsboro(pushing his hands toward Alocki): NO NO Alocki I'm sorry but I'm not here to make fun of Fifi or anyone else.  I mean she won the contest because of her talents and face it her 'unique personality.'  But I'm a professional in the entertainment industry and there are FCC regulations and all that and we cannot make fun of anybody or we'd be out of business.  I found her interest in things like 'Astral Projection' fascinating not silly.  Maybe I should change my earlier my statement in that I find Fifi one of the most 'creative' up and comers that I have ever interviewed.  Is that more acceptable to you?

Alocki: Yes I did mean to sound upset but perhaps I thought you were 'attacking' Fifi.

Goldsboro: OK I'm glad we've got that settled.  A second ago you mentioned 'your planet' several times.  I mean you're from Earth just like I am.  Why would you use the term 'your planet.'

Alocki:  I am from......Mongolia

Goldsboro: Are you really from Mongolia Alocki?

Alocki: (sighs): I am from..........another planet......where the humans have very similar physical characteristics as yours...very multiracial and mulicultural due to mass migration and environmental changes.  The animals and plant life is similar to your planet.  Perhaps we have fewer deserts and more 'grassland.'   Our atmosphere has higher oxygen content because we do not pollute our air with toxic gases.    We have no such thing as.......'global warming.'

Goldsboro(amused): And where is this planet located? 

Alocki:  It is called Zatoris.  It is located in the star system nearest to your Sun, Alpha Centauri, about 4 light years from Earth.

Goldsboro: (scratching his chin) I find tha inteesting.  I thought Alpha Centauri was a single star?

Alocki: There are three stars in our system.  Alpha Cantauri A, Alpha Centauri, and Proxima Centauri.  Zatoris orbits Alpha Cetauri A. It takes approximately 2 of you earth years for Zatoris to orbit Centauri A.  Also one can see Centauri B in the distance at daylight around half the year.  It does not affect heat but the sky is dark blue at night for half the year and one may read in the 'dark.'  Proxima is a small dwarf star and perhaps looks like your planet Venus at night.

Goldsboro:  So how old are you in Zatoran years? 

Alocki:  Perhaps around 70 factoring the approximate 5 years I aged in my ship when I traveled from Zatoris to Earth.

Goldsboro:  That makes about 140 EARTH YEARS?  Congratulations for being the oldest person on Earth.  Yet you look around 35.
