Anuragini is such a blessing to Gregg and I, as well as to Austin, and the girls, what a beautiful child she is, and what a blessing to have her in our life. She is learning to accept love, something she did not know in India, the Orphanage tried to do what they could, but they were overwhelmed with children. I love that child already she feels my own. I think she is learning to accept who I am as well, but I know its going to take times.
Nights are the worst for Anuragini, she lays in bed, in the fetal postion, she is reaching out for something that is unreachable. The way she looks and stares I wonder if she is missing someone, I wonder if she had a sister or brother or something. I may ask the agency to look into that.
We are going to start Anuragini in therapy, and Friday she went for a physical, she has some issues due from being malnourished she is small for her age, and has poor dental health, as well as some weakness, she has weak bones, but the doctors think all of this can be overcome with a good diet full of healthy nutrients, which I am already making sure of.
Anuragini is slowly opening up to Gregg, I think she is afraid of men, but Gregg is gently showing her that he is not going to harm her that he is only going to love her.
Well it's time to feed little Natalie and Melissa, and then put them down for bed, it takes awhile to get everyone ready for church in the morning.
Maybe someday soon Anuragini will be able to tell us some of her story.
