To my darling Kitty Cat Angel,
Your real name was Princess but we called you Kitty Cat. Although you made your transition this summer your spirit is everywhere. I hear your cheerful meow greeting each morning or when I return home. I see your almond-shaped yellow-green eyes tenderly gazing up at me.
You were always there. You followed me everywhere, lay contently in my lap and gently tapped my hand with your paw if I stopped stroking you. You curled up next to me when I was sick, reminded me to play and made me laugh with your antics.
I see your shiny white fur with black and brown blotches, your pretty pink nose and snow white whiskers. I marvel at the funny inverted cross below and between your eyes and hear your happy purr.
I love you my sweetheart. Although it’s goodbye for now I’ll see you again when I make my transition into the spirit world.
Love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation. Kahlil Gibran
Love is God’s creation, the whole and every grain of sand in it. Love every leaf, every ray of God’s light. Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love. Fyodor Dostoyevsky
