4:24 P.M EST

I am doing well physically, but my stress level is about a plus twenty with Hurricane Gustav in the path of destruction, in California, but here in the south, all the talk is of the Hurricane, and I remember watching the destruction of Katrina on CNN when that occured three years ago.  Joshua is here with me, and we are prepared to flee if we have to, as is the entire clan, Audrey's well prepared for this, because she was in Katrina, but you can tell she is a nervous wreck.

I am still working hard with physical therapy, slowly relearning to walk, taking a few steps on the cruthces here and there, which is more than I can do before, I am grateful for what I have, and I know I owe my thanks to God and to Rick, the vessel he used.

I am growing tired and I should probably get some rest, just in case we have to leave, I know I wont be getting much rest if it comes down to that.  I am sure glad Joshua is here with me, and in like three weeks we will be husband and wife, what a blessing...
