The final section in the four part short-story about the life of abuse that a young girl suffers through. This section explains the life of our character after the birth of her daughter

After

The hospital sent me in for a cesarean section and my dead little girl was pulled from my womb. I decided to name her Alyssa. I couldn’t afford to bury her myself so I left it up to the hospital. When the nurse came in to get the information necessary to call “The Witch” I ran. After I left the hospital I cowered in a deserted alley and blamed myself non-stop for murdering my child, the most important thing in my life. After all, it was my fault. She would still be alive if I was smart. I have thought of killing myself many times over the years, but this time I have nothing left to live for. I walked down to the park and stole someone’s purse. I felt bad about it but I needed money to make it work. Inside the purse, I found five hundred dollars. I walked around until I found a dealer. I spent the five hundred dollars on pills and retreated back to my alley. I took every single one of them before I fell into unconsciousness. Goodbye world. Goodbye to whoever cares, I guess that means goodbye nobody. I’m going to see Alyssa.
