A couple is thrilled to welcome their new daughter, whom they adopted from China.

We never thought this day would ever come!

In just a few hours, we will be leaving for the airport to pick up our brand new daughter, whom we have been waiting for for a very long time.  Our daughter is currently on an airplane, winging her way to America from China; we cannot wait to see her in person or to hold her in our arms!!

Our daughter will be named Morganna Xu Li Faith.  She is three years old and is the cutest little tihing!  We had wanted a child, but were unable to conceive, so we turned to adoption.  We decided to take on a child with special needs.  Xu Li has spina bifida: she is paralyzed from the waist on down, but we are willing and ready to take on the challenge of raising her.

Bryan and myself (Natalie) have already made the necessary additions to our home to accomodate our daughter (right now she is in a wheelchair) and to give her all the necessary help to help her grow and prosper.

Morganna's room is all ready: sparkling bright, freshly painted and furnished, just waiting for her.  We look at her room and we cannot help but cry: adopting our daughter to be has been a dream come true and the result of many, many prayers!

Besides Bryan and myself, my mother and father will be joining us, as will my sister Dorinda and her husband.  Dorinda's kids will be joining us as well.  We need all the support we can get once Morganna meets us, her new family here in America, for the very first time!

I can't wait to see Morganna!  I am so excited all I can do is cry with joy!!  This is going to be a monumental, unforgettable day that will be remembered for years to come!!

~To be continued.~
