My name is "Patches" ... and with good reason. I am black and white (or am I white and black?? I can never figure that out!) with dark-brown, nearly black eyes.
I am a rabbit.
I am a very handsome rabbit, if I do say so myself. I love to spend my days buck-a-bucking around my cage or doing bunny binkahs. Confused? Let me explain: buck-a-bucks are where I run around like crazy in my cage (it means I am very excited or happy about something); as for binkehs, that means I jump all over for no reason (another sign I'm happy). I love to eat fresh vegetables like carrots (my fave!), celery, or leafy green lettuce.
I love to be held and cuddled by my human. My human is a girl. Her name is Carrie and she is 14 years old. She pets me and it feels so nice! I love it when she kisses me or whispers soft nonsense into my furry ears. She has no brothers or sisters, which is a good thing: I don't have to worry about little kids picking me up the wrong way, pulling on my ears or tail, or hitting me so hard it hurts.
When human kids (or even grown ups) treat me this way, I want to bite their fingers off! NO rabbit (or ANY other animal) should ever be treated this way!! EVER!!
I love to play with my brightly colored toys and wriggle my nose at people. they seem to think this is cute; they always laugh or smile. Same thing goes when I do my buck-a-bucks or my bunny-binkehs! I sure know how to turn on the extra bunny charms! I am very good at getting what I want! It's 'cause I am absolutely adoRAble!
Well, I know this is short, but my Human Girl just brought me my supper. Yum!! Baked Potatoes with salad, carrots, and celery! I think I just died and went to Bunny Heaven!! I hope you enjoyed my story!
