Kiwi Caperton here.  I hope this finds y'all doing well!

As for me, I am doing great!  Tomorrow starts spring (Easter) break; that means no school for a week and a half!  I cannot wait!  I am more than ready to spend more time on the beach and doing what I want without worrying about homework or final exams!!

Friday was our day for finals.  I had three on Friday and two the day before.  I hope and pray I pass; the teachers will mail the results to us later this week.  I know I did my best; I just hope and pray my grades reflect that!

Today I didn't go to church.  We usually go on Sundays, but our van broke down, so we didn't go.  I was a bit bummed about that, but I made up for it by killing some time on the beach and got some sun.  Am a little pink, but it's nothing that a little Noxema won't cure.  :)  Should have known better and not forget the sunscreen!  (OOPS!)

I would have liked to have gone because today was Palm Sunday.  And next Sunday is Easter/Resurrection Sunday.  Hopefully we can get our van fixed in time so we can go to the special Easter services, plus I need to go because I'm part of the choir and we're singing in the Easter Cantata.  I would reatly  hate to miss it!

I just hope Karsen and Dale, my two brat brothers, behave and not get into the Easter goodies before the Bunny comes, like they did last year.  Last year the boys ate so much chocolate they ended up with a nasty case of the burpsie-boomas (what I call getting sick or upset stomach).  It was nasty, especially since it was at church when they both let loose on me.  Barf City!!  UGH!!

We may get some rain later this week (Wednesday or Thursday perhaps?), but for now it's been hot and sunny: really delightful, perfect beach weather.  The beach has been swimming (no pun, intended) with visitors and regulars and I have been having fun swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters and playing beach volley ball with my friends.  Now that we're off from school this week and part of next, I can have even more beach time!

Score!!  FTW!!  For the win!!

Well, I'm gonna eat supper now, then watch the ACM Awards (or whatever it's called).  Then I will probably hit the beach before bedtime and figure out what to do this weekend (know Friday is our last practice, then our dress rehearsal on Saturday, and Sunday: Cantata Time!!).  I will write in here again soon; until later, this is Kiwi Caperton saying so long; take care and God bless!  Happy Easter/Resurrection Sunday!
