Story of hip, intelligent but radical African slave escapee who tours the north and southern areas meeting major black figures along the way.

The 'Legend' emcompasses the life and times of a radical, intelligent and hip African Slave, who escapes servitude and goes on to live an indulgent coast to coast lifestyle which simultaneously introduces  him to major historical Black figures of the times.
