She also realized how wrong she had been, so full of hatred. It had only been a sign that she was not happy with herself. She would have never admitted that before, but she had been made new when she gave her heart to Christ.

Marcella realized that she had so much to give to the world than just her looks. Looks were only superficial anyway, it had taken the accident that paralyzed her to wake up her up to that, but she had woken up, and she had realized the good Lord had something bigger planned for her.
She also realized how wrong she had been, so full of hatred. It had only been a sign that she was not happy with herself. She would have never admitted that before, but she had been made new when she gave her heart to Christ.
Everyone was amazed at the changes in Marcella, the way she had given her heart and life to Christ. The accident had woken up something in her that had not been before. Perhaps her legs were now paralyzed but her spirit soared. She was no longer the bitter lost soul she had once been, the Lord had used something tragic and turned it into something good.

Glad to see that despite paralysis, Marcella is learning to trust the Lord "in all things"! Good for her, and good for you for penning such a believable, well-written tale! Great job, Michelle!
