Success Story |
|
|
| I am not really sure what qualifies as a "success story" to everyone else, but for me writing Cold Noses at the Pearly Gates has been a success. I am not talking about sales or income, but rather the number of people I have been fortunate to meet and help with their grief. With over 5,000 lettes/e-mails of appreciation, I feel that my work has had a positive impact. Often people thank me for my help and time, but in reality it is I who am thankful - thankful to have been of help, thankful to have been taken into their confidence and thankful that they have the comfort they sought over their pet loss. There can be no better success for an author than to have helped someone. |
