i had experienced past abuse from an author concerning a story i had done ("the don't give up kid"), but after i had put it back on after removing it, i haven't had anything but praise for what i have written!! thank you for being so supportive of me and my work!!
Success Story #2:
Have several, actually:
#1: I am a published author; have a book out now ("With a Little Help", co-authored by Michelle Kidwell, my twin sister Karla Dorman, and myself);
#2: Have written nearly 2,900 stories here and have no intention of slowing down anytime soon; as long as I have the gift I shall write!;
#3: I am alive (nearly died twice in my life--when born 48 years ago and last Nov. when my b/p went high; ended up in ICU--), but God saw me through both times! :)
success story #2: update, as of march 28, 2005~
am to be a published author; will have a book out within the year, "with a little help". it will be published by publishamerica; and it deals with living with disabilities on a daily basis. several of my articles and poems will be in this book, and my twin sister, karla j. dorman, will be featured as well. so this is my first official book, and i am excited about it! :) thanks for all your comments and support; i couldn't have done it without you guys! :) |
