In 1943, a young U.S. Marine recruit was killed by his drill instructor. Investigators ruled the death as accidental yet the Marine's spirit was imprisoned in perpetual unrest. Thirty years later, the drill sergeant marches with the political elite as a prominent U.S. Senator. But, back at boot camp, two Marine recruits encounter the dead Marine's spirit. Coupled with the discovery of new evidence which revives Congressional investigations, the scene is set for an explosive oursuit for justice.
