The book, simply titled Weed, is part of Arcadia’s Images of America series and contains about 200 interesting and unique historical photographs in six chapters: Abner Weed, Logging in the Field, Mill Work, Tennant, Weed, and Shastina. Stories and photos of many Weed’s families and individuals are included. The photographs were culled from the Weed Museum’s collection, College of the Siskiyous Library, and many local donors who loaned their personal photographs to be scanned.
