Scotty Bowen is a small town country boy, born and raised in the small town of Thomason, Georgia. Starting as a child, Scotty could always be trusted with money, keys, or anything else of value by all of his neighbors. Scotty landed himself a job at the local meat market, where he stayed employed there from age 16 to age 20.
At the age of 21, Scotty joined the police force and later became well respected and subsequently promoted to the Homicide Division as a Detective. Scotty battled through his first three significant high-profile homicides, which seemed to have collaborating evidence that would suggest that a Signature Killer was at large.
