The twins, Vishal and Vaishali, are bequeathed an ancient villa by their beloved grandfather. They arrive there to find that the villa has some untold secrets. Strange happenings coupled with the possible involvement of their grandfather?s trusted servant induce the twins to stay on to investigate. Their voyage of discovery leads them to suddenly come upon the secret plan of a notorious gang of thieves to steal the beautiful golden idol from the village temple. The novel weaves around the dangerous situations they land in, and how the twins solve the mystery and help the police to identify the crooks.
