"He has a gold mine of material,,, ..." from Amaline Mussi, a professor at the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in Brasil.

"James Orvil Beady offers us, with this series of poems, a sensitive map, in which the undermost gestures and fluttering moments become visible. With a serene and acute look, he reveals the magic of almost imperceptible moments; with the courage of a poet, he faces us in a delicate way and without ostentation with the profound themes of existence." from the Introduction by Mara Stringer da Fonseca UNISUL - Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, Letters Undergraduate Program, Tubarao,SC,Brasil
