This is a great book not only for your children but also for the whole family to enjoy! Val is on a mission to have families be like families are suppose to be, like back in the days of our grand parents when everyone sat around the dinner table together and actually ate dinner together. Families talked with each other and knew what was going on with one another in their lives. You know when families supported each other with Love, respect and support. This is also a cook book because some of Val's  favorite recipes are included so you get two books in one. Enjoy!

Val is a delight in this story. I love the recipes,too. This book is so awesome and helps to bring families closer together which is much needed in the world of today. I highly reccommend Val's World Featuring The Family Unity Roundtable. We all can learn from Val.
