An unhinged collection of cruel and unusual adult horror stories to screw with your head.

Pocket Paperback
Kindle eBook

What makes a headless woman a hot date? Are babies born demons or is "Baby Face" a crazed monster hunting them? What are teeth doing between Audrey's legs? What is one to do with a hungry mound of earth in one's backyard besides give it what it wants?

You'll find the answers to these questions and more in this unhinged collection of cruel and unusual stories to screw with your head.

There are two never before published stories, one written in collaboration with UK surrealist author Mike Philbin. The others were originally published in The House of Pain and in the Chimeraworld anthologies over the past decade.

WARNING: This book is not intended for readers under the age of 18. There are scenes of extreme violence and sadism, including scenes of necrophilia, rape and erotic dismemberment and destruction. There is a misogynistic vibe through many of the stories. If you're okay with any or all of that, this book is probably exactly what you're looking for.

Professional Reviews

Sandra Scholes (SF Site)
"As you will no doubt get from this collection, the subject matter featured inside these pages is morbid but not in the Poe sense. The morbidity goes much deeper into the human psyche and questions the concept of right and wrong, morality and immorality. There are stories that will shock you and at times disgust you; however, there is no doubt as to his writing skill and ability to pull the reader into each of his tales, as one would be drawn through a door into separate interesting worlds."

"(Acetone Enema) quickly shows Tillemans delivers what his preface promises. If the title piqued your interest, then this book's definitely for you."

"(Acetone Enema) is a book designed to make you think about your psychology... (Y)ou may even be questioning whether you should be reading it or not...."

Reader Reviews for "Acetone Enema: A Morbid Collection of Short Stories & Poetry"

Reviewed by Nickolaus Pacione 4/9/2013
This one is just wrong. Nick I salute you in putting this out there -- all your stories from the House of Pain in one place. You are a sick individual that I came to respect and pushed me to take it to the next level with GAME OVER.
