The Secret of Instant Healing introduces the healing technique Quantum Entrainment. Quantum Entrainment (QE) is a scientifically reproducible process that anyone can use to produce a rapid, deep rest in the body stimulating healing events many times within seconds. QE effectively heals the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is also applied to life circumstances like financial concerns, relationships and even works on pets and plants. QE routinely reduces or eliminates headaches, joint and muscle pain, anxiety and hypertension, feelings of loss and spiritual separation while producing a heightened sense of wellbeing. QE healing draws from the pure awareness of the healer, not his technique, experience or knowledge. Therefore it can be learned by anyone in a single seminar or even by reading The Secret of Instant Healing. Contrary to common teachings, pure awareness is easily attained when enlisting the QE process.
QE is advaita, the philosophy espoused by Eckhart Tolle and Ramana Maharishi, made manifest. During a QE session the partner will first start to feel relaxed in the body because of the deep rest that accompanies the QE process. Then peace will dawn in the mind and heart. Quantum Entrainment emphasizes the stillness beyond the mind. The QE practitioner finds and holds pure awareness and watches to see how it reflects in the mind. The emphasis is on non-doing and the results are profoundly different.
Encouraging the mind is to encourage the infinite differences of life. This is how we normally see our world moving from relationship to relationship, job to job, etc. It is the rocky road of fleeting happiness, struggle and confusion. When the mind is anchored in non-changing, unbounded pure awareness the road smoothes out and peace and harmony begin to dominate.
Quantum Entrainment is neither an outward oriented energy healing system nor an inner oriented silent meditation technique. QE is a combination of both and therein lays its genius. QE anchors the mind in pure awareness while it is enthusiastically performing activity giving it the best of both worlds and quickly opening one’s consciousness to the inner Self and the peace that comes with it.
The Quantum Entrainment practitioner does not create vibrations or manipulate matter nor does he sit silently searching for enlightenment. When healing, or eating or loving, he simply becomes aware of pure awareness and then watches while life unfolds in pure awareness. Because QE is a natural process of human consciousness it is easily and quickly learned. It is like this; you don’t have to learn how to breathe, all you need is air. Likewise, you don’t have to learn how to heal. All you need is pure awareness.
The Space Between Our Thoughts

The closer to pure awareness we contact a thought the more energy and order it has. Contacting a thought at its inception is realizing perfection, free of disharmonious influence. Before learning Quantum Entrainment you will be guided through several exercises that will open your common awareness to pure awareness. You only need tread the path once and you will ever after be aware of pure awareness. It will be like wearing a warm jacket on a chilly day. Once you put it on it will stay there keeping you toasty warm. Even when you forget you are wearing your jacket it is still protecting you. Any time you wish, you can become aware that you are wearing your jacket. Likewise, once you have found pure awareness you only have to become aware of it to know it is still there with you. Are you ready to get started? Okay then, let's go.
Experience One: Stopping Thoughts
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Now, pay attention to your thoughts. Just follow them wherever they may lead. Simply watch them come and go. After you have watched your thoughts for 5 to 10 seconds, ask yourself this question, and then be very alert to see what happens immediately after you ask. Here's the question: " Where will my next thought come from?"
What happened? Was there a short break in your thinking while you waited for the next thought? Did you notice a space, kind of a gap between the question and the next thought? Ok, now reread the instructions, and perform the exercise again. I'll wait...
There, did you notice a slight hesitation in your thinking, a pause between thoughts? If you were alert immediately after you asked the question, you will have noticed that your mind was just waiting for something to happen. Author of " The Power of Now" Eckhart Tolle says it is like a cat watching a mouse hole. You were awake, waiting, but there were no thoughts in that gap.You may have heard that it takes many years of arduous practice to clear the mind of thoughts, but you have just done it in a mater of seconds.
Please do this exercise several more times. You can use substitute questions like " What color will my next thought be?" or "What will my next thought smell like?" The question in not important, but paying attention is. Attention will expose the gap, the space between thoughts. This GAP is PURE AWARENESS. It may be fleeting, but it will be there. As you regularly become aware of this mental pause, it will begin to work its magic on you.
Now let's get back to work. Do this exercise for two to three minutes more, reintroducing the question every 15 seconds or so. Pay attention to the gap when it is there. Look for it when it is not. Within just a few minutes, you will notice that your thoughts are calmer and your body is more relaxed.
Why is that? You didn't set out to relax or become peaceful. It just happened naturally, without your trying. Why does becoming aware make such a big difference in the way we feel and behave? By being aware, you were able to contact your thoughts at subtler and more refined levels. Each level offers more order and energy. The gap you noticed between thoughts was the experience of no-experience I mentioned earlier. That non-experience was pure awareness.
