The Forgotten Theatre is Shea Anthony's Second collection of poetry.

Barnes &

The Forgotten Theatre is 125 pages. Its set in an Amphitheater that has been the site of a historical tragedy in the 1900s, but the era is not so much a factor.
The proprietor, renown world wide for his flair for eccentric, edgy, plays.
tampers with pyrotechnics, which has already added to his already some what mystical appeal.
One night during a sold out opening tragedy occurs in a packed house. During a critical scene an effect goes wrong. The audience is captivated by whats going on onstage and is unaware of the true nature of the blaze .
"The Dark One " is also captivated but in a completely different way. To Him , this is the Ultimate performance. he knows his actors won't stop for they are well trained, and it doesn't appear they even really notice. The Dark One, after all is unpredictable.

The fire kills everyone in the Theatre.

As punishment for his lack of Humanity, the Dark One is forever cursed to instruct way word souls to help correct the lives of those chosen by an unseen hand.
Which he does, in his own way through prose...
Comprised of Three acts we are an audience to Justin, literally plucked out of his life. he watches as the details of his childhood, life, love, mistakes, the darkest corners of his soul are exposed.

We've all been laughed at one time in our lives. We've all been jealous of a sibling, We have felt pain and suffered, just as he suffered, And we've all longed-just-once for the powerto crush our enemies! We pity him.We hate him.We fear him.All because there is a little of him in each of us, though we admit it to ourselves only in the darkest part of night."Margaret Wies Tracy Hickman
