Discover The Amazing Weight Loss Formula
J. Barrett Hawkins studied hundreds of weight loss research studies from the world's top medical schools and discovered that specific foods, nutritional supplements and types of exercise consistantly produced dramatic results. This led to an epiphany: Hawkins recognized that if a person did everything that modern science dictates should be done to lose weight, then that person would have the best possible results. He cross-referenced and synthesized the information in the research studies and applied that knowledge to the convict's unique style of training. The result is the most effective weight loss book available today. The program includes:
- Medical sciences 20 fat loss secrets
- Training methods guaranteed to raise your metabolism and fat-burning ability
- 36 delicious, healthy meal recipes
- An in-depth discussion on nutrition, plus a diet plan that will empower you to lose weight while eating six meals every day

A Great Book for Us Fitness Enthusiasts
Very interesting and informative book on fitness. Whether you are a member of a gym or decide to workout at home, this book is full of great ideas on resistance training, weight loss ideas, great illustrations, and fascinating true stories of people who were successful at transforming their bodies and their minds through the positive power of exercise. I would highly recommend this book to any or all fitness enthusiasts, like myself, because it is a welcome alternative to the thousands of other books published in the fitness field that all mimic each other and sound and read the same. The author has done a great job with his research, he should be highly praised for his efforts and the final result.
It made staying healthy easy
I am a long time friend of the Hawkins family so I purchased the book as a way to support their hard work and guess what, I love this book. The book is fantastic. I am 65 years old and I live on a budget. For $20 I really got a bargin. Through Mr. Hawkins book I now understand how my body works. He has put everything into words, that this old dog can understand. I just want to build and maintain muscle strength. After two months I feel so much better. I am stronger and best of all my legs no longer hurt all night. I started going dancing again and my life is just better because I read this book. His story is inspirational and has helped me in so may ways. I strongly encourage you to buy this book. It is money well spent.

Reader Reviews for "Penitentiary Fitness, The Amazing Weight Loss Formula"
|Reviewed by David Brown
|I would love a "no-equipment" bodyweight training manual to perform all the exercises in the comfort of my own home, but with the last couple I read, I noticed they all assume you can install a pull-up bar in your home...so my question is, is this manual any different? :)|
