Excerpt
As the tentacles reach out they take on material form. They are manifestations of the Centre and therefore not identical to it. But not separate from it either.
A whole world of beings! Friends and enemies. Allies and foes. Mine and theirs. All struggling with each other to survive. Competing with each other for the same goals, the same territory, the same possessions.
"Alone and afraid in a world I never made."
The Centre is the centre and circumference of everything.

THE WORLD IS LIKE AN OCTOPUS
"I spoke to my pupils in Italy about the Centre. One of them entered a speech-making competition. Other contestants told me that she said, in her speech, that a teacher of hers had made her a far less selfish person by explaining to her that the world was like an octopus, with each individual a leg of the creature.” —B.T.J., Teacher, AUSTRIA

| In this small book the entire spiritual quest of mankind has been condensed into a few drawings. The Universal Octopus, as a vision of the reality that there really is only One, is so simple that a child could understand it. Once you have experienced and seen through the "Centre", once you have done that you will never be the separate person you once assumed you were! |
