Sassy, a fat, lazy cat, decides to help Molly Mouse with her ten grandchildren, rather than chase them.
When Sassy comes nose to nose with Molly B. Mouse, who is house hunting for a place for her and her ten grandchildren to live, she decided it would be better to be friends with her, rather than chase her. Besides, Sassy is much too fat and settled to chase mice.
She helps Molly through the rough spots of raising the ten grandchildren. Of course, having magical powers helps. And Nady, the misfit fairy, helps Sammy realize that gang life isn't the way to go. Even if she does pop her gun and sit on a purple toadstool and ddress like a gypsy.
Life seems to be just one adventure after another for the two. A fat Siamese cat, and a tired grandmother mouse. Oh, and don't forget the ten grandchildren.
Morning found Sassy and Carol enjoying a late breakfast on the deck. Carol reached out and scratched Sassy behind the ear.
"My, girl, you're sure getting a slick winter coat. Just look at it shine, and so thick. It must be all that good food you're getting."
Yeah, right Carol, all that good food called Magic Dust. What a day it was yesterday! Hope today is slow and peaceful.
