The reunion of four close friends after twenty-five years of not keeping in touch but keeping a promise made upon graduation.

Barnes &

These four women, Genny, Ann, Rosie, and Rita, promised each other when they graduated from college that no matter what happened they would get together in twenty-five years.  At this reunion they would share EVERYTHING that had happened in their lives.  They would not hold back anything.

When they made this promise they had no idea what life had in store for each of them.  Little did they know that this reunion would change the course of each of their lives!

For every person there are needs.  At every phase in each of our lives, these needs bring about change.  Each change brings something new to us.  This story tells about the lives of these women and their changes.  They have laid asid their inhibitions and bared their souls to keep a promise made to one another twenty-five years earlie.

As the author, my prayer is that each one reading this book will come away with something positive.

I pray that the words which I write come directly from God.  May the power of God be the illuminator of all the "rays" of light that I strive to share with others.

Just as she finished the last notes of the song, the doorbell rang. She jumped up and ran to the door. She had waited so long for this moment when she and her oldest and dearest friends would all be together, again.

When she reached the door her hands and knees were shaking so badly that she had to take a deep breath and compose herself. As she opened the door, there stood Genny, looking only a few years older than she did the last time they had seen each other, behind her ws Anne, carrying a cane and looking a bit frail, then Rita, Rosie couldn't believe her eyes. She had not seen Rita since they had left college. Rosie tried hard not to let her emotions get the best of her, but she couldn't help help it.
