A home-course for anyone who wants or needs to communicate in Japanese without extensive study and practice... All you have to do is read the English language phonetics of the Japanese words and sentences in the book and the sounds come out in Japanese. Examples: How are you? Ikaga desu ka? [Ee-kah-gah dess kah?] I'm fine/well. Ganki dess [Gane-kee dess.]

This self-help language book is based on the use of English phonetics to make it possible for you to communicate instantly in perfectly understandable Japanese.  It is designed for business people, travelers, students, martial arts fans, manga fans, and any one interested in Japan for any reason.  It includes vocabulary and sentences for airline pilots, Immigration officials, bus drivers, tour guides, doctors, bartenders, home-stay host families, students, shopping, dining out, etc.
