The 5 Core Truths to All Self Destructive Behavior: Fresh Ideas in a Rigid World

NEW EDITION WITH 10,000+ MORE WORDS!

To tell you about myself, I am a lay minister, author, and former political columnist who has seen more people’s lives destroyed than you can possibly imagine.
With that being told, throughout my years in various ministries such as jail ministry as well as my personal witness of countless souls around me bound by addiction; I have come to the realization after many years of observation and personal interaction, that there are certain traits that are found in almost every case of adverse, self-destructive behavior regardless of race, sex, or age.

It is my goal and hope that this written work would help many of those hurting in the bonds of addiction and depression as I once was.

This book is for all who are bound by the "pain of past" and struggle to cope with their daily lives. This is a book of answers, not of endless questions, as is normal Psychology today.

A work dedicated for all who are bound in addiction, and have become "mental slaves" to their horrible past hurts, found tortured by inner shame.

“Hidden shame always breeds mental totalitarianism.”

It is written in a direct, head-on style to address your deeply engrained problems directly and thoroughly. This book is truly unlike anything that you have ever read before.

The answer to your "pain of past" is here!

Excerpt

Jesus Christ used in his Holy word, a total of Twenty times the word “think” or “thinkest.”

As in the questions, “What think ye?” and “What thinkest thou?”

Of those Twenty times, six were pertaining to self-doubt, four were pertaining to death, three were pertaining to ridicule and mockery, two were about debate and public scrutiny, two were pertaining to taxes, and work, loss of property, and violent crime all had one.

Isn’t it odd that these subjects spoken of by Jesus carry the most stress, fighting, fear, and anguish in our daily lives?

They are so because of our thoughts and viewpoints towards these subjects, just as it was in biblical times.

For example, if we constantly tell ourselves; “We don’t have enough money!”

We will either work ourselves crazy, leading to depression or resentment, or we will begin to fight with those around us about every scrap of money spent.

On the contrary, someone who is content in their thoughts on this subject of finances does not fight or feel resentment. Someone who is content in their thoughts of death does not fear death. Someone who can mentally deal with rejection does not recluse themselves...
