My goal in writing "Inspiration Connection: Empoering Your Faith" is to share revelation with you that will inspire you to live the life that God intends for you to live, in spite of your natural circumstances. I would like to share my heart with you so that you understand my purpose for wanting so desperately for you to have your own relationship with God so that you can get your own revelation from Him. My desire is not only for you to live a victorious life; it is so that your life will be a testimony to assist others in living victoriously as well.

It is easy for someone to write a book about a subject matter because they have studied it or from a third party account, but I tell you what, there is nothing like your own experience. Maybe some of what I share about my past will be familiar to you, perhaps after you know a little about me, it will be easier for you to relate to my story of restoration, and perhaps we can continue to walk together, inspired to continue receiving revelation so that we can all live our best lives, starting right now.

Sometimes when you read books intended to inspire or motivate, it seems like the authors are from out of space. They tell you how beautiful and rosy life can be, but they never tell you how they got there or how you can get there. Sometimes I don’t want to know what to do, I need to know how to do it and depending on the day of the week, you might need to draw me a map or carry me to my destination. In some cases, the map may not be enough if I lack the motivation to move to action. You are so important, most importantly to God, that I not only want to tell you the way, I want to inspire you to get the revelation from the One who will carry you to your destination if that’s what it takes. My desire is for you to get the revelation you need from God to be inspired to live the life that Jesus died for you to live.

Are you getting this? It’s not about this book. It’s not about your pastor. It’s not about your past, and it’s not about what people did or didn’t do. This is all about you, all about where God wants you to be, and about your relationship with your loving father in heaven who longs for you to know Him intimately. I care, not because I am just a caring person. I care because I know how much God cares for you and because He means so much to me what He values, I value. So, I value you, whoever you are and wherever you may be. I also know the pain of living a life without revelation and if my story inspires one person to draw closer to God, then I will have lived my life well. The one is that important.
