Marjorie is the story of a mother and a son coping with that which simply exists between them and exists often enough as “a fact of life,” a very obvious and very intense romantic affection, an affection which is sometimes expressed in a sensual manner – a topic which is studied rarely in nonfiction and save for obscure online literary journals very rarely in fiction. I hope, dear reader, that you will find that I advocate or condone very little of anything in this story. I simply present a fact of life as it occurs often enough, try to present the “whys” and “hows” as they're presented often enough in nonfiction (and if anything, I think you'll find any conclusion's which are to be drawn from Marjorie are those which will be approved of by the majority of readers).

But yes – WARNING, WARNING, Will Robinson, Marjorie contains a great deal of eroticism between a mother and a son, not particularly or blatantly descriptive eroticism, but of an imaginative and sometimes intense sort
