Core Value Enrichment Coaching Guide
The Core Value Enrichment Coaching Guide, authored by Dr. Swann, was birthed out of his Core Value Enrichment Coaching Ministry. Though written from the Christian perspective, it can be used by anyone desiring to go to the next level in their lives. By the Grace of God, it is the first of many.
2 Timothy 2:25-26
"In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will."
The Core Value Enrichment Coaching Guide is a Spiritual Initiative created to help guide and instruct those who may oppose themselves according to the above scripture.
It is a cross between non-directive life coaching and a neuro-linguistic programming technique called reframing. In its simplicity, it is designed to be used as a Christian self-coaching tool.
The Core Value Enrichment Coaching Guide allows those of us who wholeheartedly partake of it, discover significant truths about ourselves. The workbook phase of this manual will help the participant paint an overall self-portrait. This, of course, will help gauge where they are in life's journey and help promote structured success, by the Grace of God.
Excerpt
Even after salvation, a person has to be empowered and equipped to come to know and understand their true value and self-worth in God’s eyes. Too often, Christians continue to be bound by traditional mindsets, phobias and bad habits that hinder them from experiencing the true liberty afforded by receiving Christ as their personal Savior.
As a Child of God, your core value has nothing to do with anything that you have done to earn or deserve it. It was God’s choosing from before the beginning of time.

Professional Reviews
Pastor J. Malcolm Fulton
I quickly reviewed the book in it's entirety and 1) I liked the clean and clear format in which it was written, 2) I liked the way he progressed through his thesis building one idea upon another, 3) I liked his selection of scripture to support and clarify his argument and 4) I liked that he allows individuals to use introspection to integrate the ideas. On the other hand, I am assuming the introspection is the part of the process where coaching is involved, if so, then it's all good! Keep up the good work and be blessed!

I have had a chance to intentionally browse the Core Value Enrichment Coaching Guide. I have found it very interesting and needful and resourceful for those that desire to embark on exploring and improving self- the journey of self-discovery. The journey of self-discovery let alone self-exploration does not occur for everyone. But for those that choose to go on that personal journey, life becomes different. Furthermore, having Christ on this journey will hopefully open the eyes and heart of the reader and strengthen the soul of the believer in one's relationship with Him.
Thus far the book looks like a solid-good start for provoking intentional thought about one's life and providing a framework for the development of self-worth according to the value given to us by Christ in addition to our relationship with self.

"Core Value Enrichment Coaching: Inner Self-worth Development" is a self-coaching manual designed to help individuals evaluate themselves and eliminate obstacles that prevent them from living a truly blessed life.
Core Value Enrichment Coaching is defined as a Christian coaching style with an aim to help enlighten individuals on how to live a truly blessed and balanced life. According to Dr. Swann, many Christians fail to experience this kind of life because of the many personal issues and negative traits they have, including depression and low self-esteem.
In this manual, the author presents inspirational Bible scriptures as well as questions to help assess individuals' lives, how well they know themselves, and how they deal with conflicts, setbacks, and failures that come their way. Through this self-evaluation, the author hopes readers will discover truths about themselves that might pave the way to learn and understand their true worth in the eyes of God.
"Core Value Enrichment Coaching: Inner Self-worth Development" might appeal to readers interested in religious works that convey how to strengthen ones's spirituality.
