FATED LOVE
Sarah Cameron can't believe her misfortune when the gallery she wons with business partner Isaiah burns to the ground. It hasn't been long ago that she lost ehr family in a mysterious single-car accident. She is thankful for her long-time friend Neil and his unwavering support. Lately, however, Neil's interest has become less platonic and more romantic. Nonetheless, Neil was there when her family died. He has been a faithful friend. Neil stays close when she is questioned by the investigating detective, Jake Riordan.

Sarah is stunned when Detective Riordan believes the fire was intentionally set. and he views her as a suspect. How could the detective consider her? She lost irreplacable artwork and precious family portraits in the fire. Yet, even through his questions she senses something strangely familiar about this man, and when she discovers someone is watching her, Jake is there to protect her.

Jake is haunted by a past. He works arson cases to atone for the one person he couldn't save. His girlfriend died in a fire. Her death jaunts him. Is it merely Sarah's resemblence to Jake's former college girlfriend that has him so anxious about this case or is it her friend Neil, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Jake's former college professor? Could this be coincidence or is this a change to right a wrong long unpunished?

FATED LOVE is gripping. I was intrigued from the twists in the plot. Ms. McKenna's characters come alive in the action. Her heroes and her villians are well-developed. This is one great suspense. 4 Blue Ribbons. Lisa at RomanceJunkies.com
