Abuse, accident, or mugging?
Looking in the mirror, Russell barely recognized himeself. Touching his face, it was painful and swollen. The bruises were no longer black and blue; they had taken on a purplish hue. Where he had the ten stiches above his eye, the area had dried into a brownish crusted film. The lump on his head was no longer protruding but the area was still sore to the touch. He definitely appeared as though he had been in a street fight or had been in the boxing ring with Mike Tyson, the professional boxer.
