duped by the idiot friendship
to empty the trusting heart
into a broken cup
the mis-weighed poverty not trustworthy
empty hands shake
like leaves through the death of autumn
to the floor a fall
all the words as detritus
it was done to spite us
a shadow carried out light
and laid out over all shine
to dull the once shone metal
tested in sensible libran palms
now discarded in actions rash
a slow motion conversation of crash
the hue was changed by words
a fist breaks the bitter bulb
around what does this world revolve
a monster stands at ego centre
