Weird, isn’t it, but I know what you are thinking “Not another book on Project Management!” Well I believe that you will find this book just a tad more helpful than most, having more references and checklists as well as being very practical.
The format I have used enables you to follow the execution of a project through the execution phases of a project life cycle while highlighting the major steps within each phase. You will find this not so much a dissertation but more in-line with reference material to be exploited and sampled before implementation. All that is described has been used successfully during my days as a project and portfolio manager, a university professor and as a project management consultant and trainer.
