With the increase of storms throughout the world, many ask the question “Why?”
Why are there so many catastrophes? Everyone is looking for answers but there is only one “truth.” The latest climate ideologies use fear as a tool to penetrate the hearts and minds of the people in order to promote a political agenda. This book not only addresses those fears but replaces that fear with hope. It is a literal demonstration of where we are in present day storms and how global warming is related to the biblical prophecies of Revelation.

Sophia Calloway - Why So Many Storms?

The best way to know what is truth is to see what God has inspired men to say about Him in Scripture. 2 Timothy 3:16—“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,” God declares He is sovereign over Nature, The Nations and Natural Man.  The Lord has absolute control over our universe including all the people in it.

Man has been born in and of the naturalness of the earth. The Lord God created man out of the dirt which was natural to the ground. The Lord is creative. He was doing what came natural to Him. God held the dirt in the palm of His hand, therefore He holds man in the same fashion. He is the designer of mankind and knows how to mold every single individual according to what He pleases. NIV Acts 17:25--“He forms us in our mother's womb, knows the number of hairs on our head, and determines the appointed times and places of our lives.”  He knows how man is made and what He is capable of doing. He knows what comes natural to Him in regards to his life on earth. He knows of the inherent character or basic constitution of a person or a thing. He knows of which nation he will belong to and what job will best suit his temperament. He is born on the earth, so anything earthly will come natural to him. Man naturally thinks in an earthly realm and his actions are based on what He sees and hears. These are the things are the product of his earthbound environment.  Man cannot help what comes natural for it is part of who he is.

However we are also born of the Spirit and what is heavenly must be learned from a heavenly source. We must be transformed spiritually so that we can know the things of God. It is needed for understanding and balance, because are bodies are part of the earth; our spiritual bodies are part of heaven.

In contrast the Lord God is the creator of us all. He is all knowing. He holds absolute sovereignty over all there is in heaven and earth. The nations are under His complete control. He watches over all levels of government in order that His will, will be accomplished. He makes the nations great, and then destroys them; He enlarges the nations, and then leads them away. God's rule is certain and sure. He keeps watch over the nations. He knows what's happening, and maintains His authority over both good and evil governments. Romans 13:1--“Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

The Lord is almighty and filled with strength and energy. This energy when exerted brings us under His influence and dominion. When it is released it affects motion and causes change. All spiritual forces are under His sovereignty; therefore the forces of nature are His. The climate and weather all obey His mighty word. These forces motivate our lives and keep us alive either physically or spiritually. The forces of His nature are the release of His power. They are what come natural from Him for they are part of His nature, His constitution, His being.

It is natural for Him to want to save us and bring us to Himself for He loves all that He has created. We are created for His pleasure. It is natural to bring storms upon our lives so that we will call to Him thus allowing Him to save us. It is natural for Him to be seen as glorious and faithful. It is natural for Him to reveal His power for the whole universe is under Him. He is the King of the Universe this title describes His position which comes natural to Him. He is so great in height and stature that it would be unnatural if we didn’t feel any part of His nature.

It is natural for us to feel and go through storms so that we can understand the “nature” of God. Storms and weather reveal some of the characteristics the Lord possesses. Through the study of His weather we are able to learn not only about Him but also about ourselves. Through His revealing nature we come into contact with a God who is not only loving but caring as well. We will see Him in every meteorological event and we will get the answers to why there are so many storms and will begin to understand the Nature of God.

“Readers will come away not only with a scientific knowledge of storms, but also an understanding of why God sends storms, both in the literal and meteorological sense,” says Calloway. “The latest climate ideologies use fear as a tool to penetrate the hearts and minds of people in order to promote a political agenda. This book not only addresses those fears but replaces those fears with hope. It is a literal demonstration of where we are in present-day storms and how global warming is related to the biblical prophecies of Revelation.”
