Excerpt

Having enjoyed apples my whole life, I am pleased to offer this second edition of my apple recipes. In this expanded edition I have included some recent favorites as well as many "oldies but goodies" which were not in the first edition. Who would have thought that my childhood past-time of recipe-clipping and food experimenting would result in several cookbooks and an endless array of apple ideas! Parents, encourage your children's interests, as you never know where those early engaging activities will lead them! Lee Jackson, author

Just wanted to let you know that I tried your recipe for apple cookies, and I think, without a doubt, it was the best apple cookie I ever baked. Had clipped the recipe when it appeared in the St. Joseph News-Press this fall. Where can I purchase your recipe book?; Billie J. Johnson

The cookbook format and clarity make it easy to use, and attractive to read, and the quality of your recipes makes it easy to come back to! Lynn Wilson
