Have your Mom or anyone ever told you, “you” can do it if you make
up your mind? Or did she tell you to “just try”? The beginning of
each chapter has a mother’s wit message, and a scripture, following
affirmations I called the TRIO Method. Every page is empowered,
infused, with an affirmation, to reinforce your mindset down to the
last page of the book. Your own personal Power Notebook and
Vision Tree will help keep you focused and inspired dailyutilizing
the Trio Method. Your desire to be proactive makes this one of the
most powerful books to have in your possessions. The more you
read and re-read will strengthen you.
Our goal is to simplify the law of attraction from three perspectives
to help you manifest exactly what you want. You will enjoy this
great page turner!
The TRIO Method I believe in passionately will bring you the
luck you desire. Once you put the words in action you will notice
your luck will dramatically change. It is why we call it the luckiest
journal in the world because of you and your desire. Luck is and
omnipresent force that you can attract.
I love LaVerne’s TRIO Method. Her Momma was right! So was her
grandma. You have to believe you’re in control. Believe you’re
happy with who you’re and most importantly, believe you’re
Thank you for guiding the readers through the journal and for
giving them plenty of pages to write their affirmations. Yes, it is
true; we can have what we speak. Thank You

Philosophy of Life
Since I first met LaVerne in 2003, I have found her to be someone
with a consistent philosophy of life which emphasizes the need
for the individual to take the talents bestowed on him or her and
to strive to develop and improve on them in order to achieve
the desired goals. This philosophy of life has been reflected in
LaVerne’s attitude, behavior, and writings regarding the pursuit
of human survival and happiness in a world of struggles and
LaVerne’s current metaphorical writing of “The World’s Luckiest
Journal” has taken her message of dedication and belief in
oneself a step further. She believes, and urges her readers,
to not only rely on ‘luck’ as a matter of destiny or human
phenomenon, but she also considers luck as a starting point
in an individual’s pursuit of his or life success and happiness
in life by making efforts to reshape his or her experiential
realities of life.
Also, LaVerne has made it a point of duty to inspire and motivate
others to think positively and work hard to develop and utilize
their God-given talents and potentials in order to achieve their
desired goals in life. Furthermore, she has often delivered her
motivational stimuli or message of encouragement from a global
perspective, as she believes that human destiny, experiences,
and situations in life are not limited to people in one enclave but
are applicable to everyone in the “global village.”
Thus, the principles of individual, community, and organizational
social responsibility are relevant in understanding LaVerne’s
publication of “The World’s Luckiest Journal”—a metaphorical
piece relevant in our contemporary society. In other words, our
luck is not just our God-given talent, but also our luck to find
those around us who are willing to guide and guard us, advise
us, and play some role in order to see us work toward achieving
our goals in life. Here lies the meaning of humanism, social
responsibility, and happiness which LaVerne attempts to impress
upon us and our sensitivities as human beings. I recommend
LaVerne’s publication to all and sundry.
