Best in Series
Dark Destiny was by far the best of the series by Jeanne Treat. Set in the 17th century Scotland it tells the story of the next generation while uniting us with the main characters. As an historical fiction novel with a hefty dose of paranormal in the mix, it will keep you spellbound as the family faces all odds to overcome adversity and win freedom. I highly recommend this and the other two books. I just hope that Dark Destiny is not the last book in the series. - L.A. Potter
Awesome Series
Dark Destiny is the 3rd in a wonderful series by Jeanne Treat. She is an awesome writer with a spectacular knowledge on Scottish history. You immediately fall in love with the characters and root them on as the story unfolds. Wonderfully written the story keeps you wanting more. Hard to put down these books. The first 2 books are terrific as well. I highly recommend this series. - Lisa Wagner
A Riveting Read
Fast paced, Dark Destiny continues the Gordon Clan saga as two worlds are traversed and Dughall must confront destructive forces that threaten all that he holds dear. A page-turner that delivers. - Linda Lavid, Full Court Press
