This was a very good book and I recommend this book to everyone to read. I'm looking forward to reading more books from Elaine NewKirk.
I couldn't put this book down. It is a heartwrenching read.
It should be used to help mentor young ladies and gentlemen. The experience of this family, is a story that needs to be told, to change lives!!!
I wait with anticipation for the next book in the series.
What a blessing!
The worst sin ever
Charlie and her 3 sisters from day one of their lives faced such pain and trture at the very hand of those who should have loved and cared for them.
charlie struggle to overcome is stopped and held back by her mother who will never let her forget her past sin.
Charlies stepfather is an evil man who rules the house with an iron fist among other things.
I enjoyed reading this book. I purchased it for the kids at my youth program. It was used as a tool to get them to talk about sexual abuse. it is a great book for schools, and anyone who deals with children. It will get them to open up and talk not just about the book but issues in their own lives.
I can't wait for the next book in the series. Elaine Newkirk is a great up and coming author.
