This book takes old ideas and reinvents them into modem times in an attempt to bring back the old recipe. Friends and family have enjoyed the authors creations and they always wonder how he changes everyday food into delicious meals.
Most of the dishes in this book are simple, uncomplicated and take very little time to prepare. With today's two income society, many families need quick and easy meals that don't take all day to prepare or a fortune to make. Let's face it; redi-made meals are expensive and not too healthy. Making homemade dishes does not take hours in the kitchen nor make a dent in your wallet.
