The Black Knight's of West Point {Army} represent one of America's most enduring traditions so I named my anthology after them.
However, this anthology is not a feel good book about hot dogs and mom's apple pie. This book is sheer terror!

The first story in my collection also named "The Black Knights God" is about an outstanding American who finds an obstacle even the most prestigious college couldn't prepare him for. The United States Military Academy costs about a quarter million dollars per graduate but every student is on scholarship.

Only those few outstanding scholars who can also endure torturous physical pain have a shot at being appointed a Cadet at West Point. West Point graduates whose distinction inspired service academies all over the world include: Generals Douglas Mac Arthur, John Abizaid, Norman Schwarzkopf, Alexander Haig, David Petraeus, basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, and civil rights champion James Yee.

Legendary coaches Vince Lombardi and Bobby Knight along with three Heisman Trophy winners immortalized the Black Knights of West Point. My protagonist was so driven he graduated first Cadet in his class, won a Rhodes scholarship, passed the Washington Bar Examination through apprenticeship, and after all that found an insurmountable obstacle.

The United States Military Academy at West Point inspired numerous movies including: The Long Gray Line, West Point, Francis Goes To West Point, The Duke of West Point, Assualt at West Point, Codebreakers , Ten Gentlemen from West Point , The Spirit of West Point , Cadet Girl , A Game of Honor, None More American {documentary},West Point on The Hudson, The Silence , The West Point Story {musical}, and Gene Roddenbury's TV series also called The West Point Story.

My second story DeJa Vu is about a deeply troubled young man on another planet whose hatred for society masquerades his shame for not measuring up to his parents. He is an outcast in a society where being somebody is everything.

He feeds his ego by treating cladly dressed servers like whores and buying pricy prostitutes.  When one of his upper scale providers gets impatient with his momentary impotence, he snaps and beats her to death with a hocky stick.

He committs suicide and gets reincarnated on earth as a survivor of Armenian genocide and victim of a Turkish super patriot.

The remainder of my anthology is devoted to short, short, stories. One of the shortest "Ali Has Curry" is about a mental hospital for neurotic celebrities that needs a way to lay off psychiatrists.

Last but not least my anthology includes two really scary ghost stories. The most scary of the two is called Night Train. A young man finds a thrill stalking New York Cities Subway so intense he comes back from the dead for one more ride.

The second ghost story "Thai Food" is about a psychiatrist who wants to control his dreams so he can exploit woman in virtual reality. He ends up trapped in a nightmare.

The application to The United States Military Academy contained this sobering question,
Why do you want to die for America?
Brat wrote:
I would be honored to die for America because America gave two Hungarian Holocaust survivors a second home and an opportunity to fulfill the American dream. Without those two Hungarian Jews ambition, honesty, and devotion to God, I wouldn't be here.

Extremely thought provoking and very well written. The author could very well become a household name. A must read for the adventurous.

Imagine The Shawshank Redemption or The Green Mile without a happy ending. I especially enjoyed the character Brat Rado in the first story also called The Black Knight's God. Before reading The Black Knight's God I didn't even know some states allow sitting for the bar without a law degree or that every West Point graduate is a quarter million dollar investment by the taxpayer.
